This is not a rental property. I do not actually have my house on the market because I need to finish the 3rd bathroom first but I would like to find a buyer. This is a 2105 sq ft 4 bdrm/3bath brick home on one acre of land. 1/2 acre is fenced in with metal pipe and 5foot fencing suitable for any animals. It is just outside city limits. It has it’s own well and we have a sprinkler system on the front and side yards. The bedrooms are all carpeted and fairly new, except 2 bedrooms might need new carpet but that is pretty cheap. The appliances are all fairly new. The fridge is a large side by side.
